Last updated: January 2026. These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of your first access to the 3vvv platform.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3vvv ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 3vvv website at https://3vvv.pro and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, fishing games, and bingo (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. 3vvv reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 3vvv Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements before registering or placing any wager.

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited and where you are legally permitted to engage in online betting activity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party. You are the sole beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your account.
• You have not previously been excluded from 3vvv or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement, and you are not included on any list of problem gamblers maintained by a recognized organization.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 3vvv or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processing partners.

4. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 3vvv Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance.

• Each individual may hold only one active 3vvv account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any balances subject to forfeiture.
• All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You must use your own legal name, your own Bangladeshi mobile number, and your own payment details. The provision of false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 3vvv will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify 3vvv support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as you become aware of any such issue.
• 3vvv reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification (KYC) on any account at any time. You agree to promptly cooperate with any such verification process by supplying the documentation requested.

3vvv will communicate with you regarding your account using the mobile number or email address associated with your registered account. It is your responsibility to keep this contact information current and accurate.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3vvv Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or other local bank transfer methods as listed on the Platform at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 3vvv will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to persons other than the registered player.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 3vvv does not charge any withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 30 minutes and 2 hours for bKash and Nagad, and between 1 and 3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• 3vvv reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud screening, or investigation into suspected violation of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is withheld as a result of a confirmed breach, the relevant funds may be permanently forfeited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

3vvv offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. You may not claim a welcome bonus if you have previously held an account with 3vvv, regardless of whether that account was closed voluntarily or by the Company.
• 3vvv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the promotion is being misused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith. In such cases, any Bonus Funds derived from the misused promotion may be removed from the affected account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of wagering requirements, or combined with other promotions unless expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Promotional offers at 3vvv are designed with the Bangladesh market in mind and may be timed to coincide with BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other locally significant dates. Eligibility for event-specific promotions is subject to the terms of each individual offer.

3vvv does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular promotion. Promotional offers may be removed, altered, or replaced at the Company's discretion without liability to any player who has not yet claimed the relevant offer.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

3vvv is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any player found engaging in any of the behaviors listed below will have their account immediately suspended and any winnings derived from the prohibited conduct will be voided.

• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information that confers an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner designed to exploit bonus terms or platform mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers, exploit odds, or gain any advantage not available to a human player acting in good faith.
• Deliberately exploiting any software error, fault, or misconfiguration in the Platform, including but not limited to incorrect game odds, display errors, or payment processing faults, to obtain funds or credits to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal enterprise. All transactions on the Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening and suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account, identity, or payment details to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion or suspension.

Where 3vvv determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the relevant period, forfeit any winnings or bonuses generated, permanently close the account, and where appropriate, refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

3vvv is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it begins to feel like a burden or a financial pressure, please use the tools below or contact our support team.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set reminders that notify you when a session has reached a specified duration. These reminders are designed to encourage regular breaks and prevent excessive continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely by contacting support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period your account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit, wager, or access promotional content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3vvv Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, text, and software, is the property of 3vvv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written permission of 3vvv.

Game content displayed on the Platform, including game titles, graphics, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Habanero) and is licensed to 3vvv for display purposes only. You acquire no rights in or to any game content by virtue of playing on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3vvv, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or any act or omission by a third-party payment provider.

3vvv does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any game, market, or feature at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. In such circumstances, outstanding wagers that cannot be settled will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

3vvv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply.

• You have provided false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in response to a KYC verification request.
• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Your account activity raises concerns related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• You have requested account closure or self-exclusion and your account is being processed for permanent closure in accordance with your request.

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, 3vvv reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to circumstances outside the player's control, any Real Money Balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

3vvv reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 3vvv arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may raise a dispute by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the issue.

3vvv makes no representation that the content of the Platform is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited in your location, you must not access the Platform.
